A bowl of plain rice with soft mutton pieces blended in the flavour and aroma of thick spicy gravy makes your heart fullπ. Yes , this is one of the mouthwatering recipe that my father- in - law prepares that makes me want to lick my fingers ( even it's something I hate doing ππ).
Mutton curry recipe:
Ingredients:
Mutton
red chilly powder
turmeric powder
coriander powder
garam masala
pepper powder
Tomato sauce
Soya sauce
Tomato-garlic-
ginger- green chillies
curry leaves- paste
Method:
Marinate mutton with red chilly powder, garam masala, pepper powder, turmeric powder,soya sauce, salt & tomato -garlic- ginger- green chillies- curry leaves.
Mix well and keep it aside for 1 hrβ°
Give one whistle & allow the mutton to cook well
Prepare fine paste of onion
Heat a pan & add some oil
Let's saute the onion paste, till it gets brown
Then add coriander powder
Mix this mixture with the cooked mutton
Add some tomato sauce at the end
Garnish with coriander leaves
Tasty mutton curry is ready to serveπ
