Simple and easy evening snack recipe of my mom!!!
Evening snacks is something that all love to enjoy with hot sip of tea or coffee. This recipe is an simple and easy snack made with ingredients easily available in our kitchen. All especially kids would love this snack recipe as it's sweet to their tastybuds. In my childhood my mother always made this snack in the evening when returns from school.
Egg Appam or Muttappam
Ingredients
Eggs
Rice powder
Sugar
Yeast
Water
Ghee
Method
Add eggs, sugar, rice flour and yeast and mix well.
Then add water and make a batter.
Set aside for 1 hour.
Melt some ghee in a hot pan.
Add batches one by one and allow to cook well on both sides.
